Stead Commercial Estates Ltd is a family-run business. We have over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, and pride ourselves on maintaining good relationships with our tenants.

Our Values

We try to be open and honest with all of our tenants. Although most of our sites are let on a self-repairing basis, we’re happy to recommend sub-contractors to help with maintenance or alterations to our properties.
